Doug Kettles
Mr. Kettles has more than 35 years of engineering and infrastructure experience in the telecommunications industry, including 10 years as the Director of Network Operations for Central Florida’s largest data and video network operator. Mr. Kettles received his B.S. in Broadcasting from the University of Florida, majoring in engineering and production. He is a member of the Society of Telecommunications Engineers, the Project Management Institute, and is also a certified project manager. He joined the EVTC staff as a research analyst in June of 2014 and specializes in infrastructure development and standards.
